AA Hotels & Resorts
“AA Hotels and Resorts” is a 4-star brand in the Indian Hospitality industry. We have three existing hotels in Himachal Pradesh, Zirakpur, and Amritsar. Our company generally takes Indian resorts and hotels on lease for an extended tenure. We are in the process of opening four hotels in India with over 200 rooms. The upcoming project will expectedly complete in 2022.
Our sales philosophy lies in the opportunities to earn handsome money while staying on the tempered quest. The S.M.A.R.T creation and appropriate guidance have substantiated our multidimensional marketing and sales action plans, best-suited for us.
We focus on uplifting the Indian hotel industry by implementing online sales and marketing practices. Management contracts are the basic tools that derive our business. These contracts have details about how an individual hotel owner contacts us to operate and manage his/her hotel under our brand name. However, the hotel owner needs to pay for some brand percentage, sales, marketing, loyalty programs, centralized reservation charges, and training. We will also provide senior management like managers and head supervisors, but the hotel owner needs to cover staff members’ expenses or salary. Besides, we are subjected to hire more employees if necessary, to sustain our brand and business.
Management Team
AA Hotels and Resorts is founded by Mr. Abhinav Ahluwalia and Mr. Ajay Ahluwalia. Both mentors have guided the staff members to build up the AA brand in the Indian Hospitality Industry. Mr. Ajay has experience of over four decades in the hotel industry. He has the technical know-how to improve the brand image and reputation. Mr. Ajay desires to bring in new advancements in the food, hotel, and beverage industry by using the local and corporate links.
Abhinav Ahluwalia has 11 years of experience in multiple 5-star hotels like Golden Tulip Hotels, Starwood’s Hotels, IHG Hotels, and JW Marriott. He focuses on generating sagacious revenue and growth to sustain the brand for years. Besides, a large network hold of travel and corporate agents by Mr. Abhinav is just the icing on a delicious cake. He also studies the market to make changes in the sales and marketing strategies.

Mr. Ajay Ahluwalia (Founder Cum Managing Director)
He is a Founder Cum Managing Director of AA Hotels & Resorts (Estd. 2016) from his experience of four decades in the Hotel Industry. He has the technical know how to improve the brand and images and reputation. He is very strong in Hotel Operations & Sales Promotions. He desire to bring in new advancements in the Food & Beverage, Hotel Industry by using the local, National & International Corporate Companies and Travel Agents Groups. He himself created the brand AA Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Abhinav Ahluwalia (Director)
He is the Son of Mr. Ajay Ahluwalia Founder Cum Managing Director of AA Hotels & Resorts. He is a Director of AA Hotels & Resorts (Estd. 2016) His Experience in Multiple 5 Star Hotels. He has the technical, Sales & Marketing knowledge to improve the brand and images and reputation. He focuses on generating sagacious revenue and growth to sustain the brand for years. He also studies the market to make changes in the Sales & Marketing strategies. He has the full knowledge how to increase the Revenue of the Hotel and to maintain the GOP.
AA Hotels & Resorts – It’s Near International Airport Chandigarh Mohali & PCA Cricket Stadium Mohali. We take Hotels & Resorts on Management Lease across the India. AA Hotels & Resorts it’s our own 4 Star brand with an operating portfolio of 5 Hotels in Chandigarh Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur (Punjab), Baddi (HP). Company currently has 4 upcoming Hotel Projects in India with the 200 Rooms Inventory that are expected completion by 2022.
